The treatment can be as quick as 15-90 minutes depending on the treatment area, is non-surgical and non-invasive. With regards to feel, the majority of clients find the procedure involves minimal pain, however treatment over bony areas can be uncomfortable. Some patients take two paracetamol prior to treatment. Please ask us about our anaesthetic options if you have concerns.
Multiple initial treatments are required, generally two to three. Results become obvious at three months after treatment and we recommend maintenance every 9-12 months.
There is no significant down time – the Ultraformer III really is a true ‘lunchtime’ treatment. Redness and mild swelling may develop in a minority of people but settles quickly. After your treatment it is common to experience mild discomfort, which settles within a few days.
