We ask only that you respect our therapist’s time the way we respect yours being spent with us in return. Please endeavour to give us as much notice as you can in the event of a cancellation. However, we understand that, occasionally, life gets in the way of our best laid plans and we will do our very best to accommodate should you need to reschedule last minute.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to.
Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.

We have car parking available at the back of our salon, with access from Railway Terrace South.
Approach the boom gate entry and it will automatically open, please park anywhere you wish and proceed to the walkway in between the stores (view car park map below).
We will validate your parking ticket after your treatment.
